This is the first release for musica.tools. It includes the following features:

• extracting useful data from MuSICA netCDF outputs.
• generating standard plots from MuSICA outputs.
• generating interactive plots with dygraphs.
• get markdown or pdf summary.
• a Shiny app to explore interactively MuSICA outputs and export nice graphics. The package passes R CMD Check but has not been fully tested by other users, so you can expect some bugs and undocumented or obscure features. Feel free to report any issue here.
