Evaluation module on bionlp-st datasets

Todo : Test the eval module before merging it

• test the evaluation pipeline
• test and verify if no side effects in the rest of the project: check PubMed processing since entities.plan and process_PubMed_corpus.snakefile have changed.
• do something with eval.json
